However most of the time, a pen travel structure using cmd will get rid of the malware computer file forever by means. So here's the actions to structure a Pen Drive using command prompt window.

Step1. First, insert your Pen drive or removal disk into the usb port.

Step2.Open my computer and find out the drive specification letter for your usb drive. For example, in my case it's D: (May be you see H: in your PC)

Step3. Open command prompt ( start>>Run = "cmd" without quotes )

                             

Step4. Type format"your drive letter" and press Enter twice  |    in my case,

    C:\Documents and Settings\Jewel>format d:

Step5.  Now the command prompt setup will verify the file system and ask you to enter a name for your drive - Volume label

Step6. After giving a volume label, press Enter

Your pen drive format complete.
